Whereas this trip is designed for travelers on a budget plan, it can also be customized to suit the luxury travelers. Please contact us to help you put this to work. this trip will start from Entebbe International Airport. for Guests who can arrive in the morning, the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National park starts immediately but for those who can only arrive a day before, we shall pick you up from the airport. It takes you on a road trip that goes through communities. in Bwindi there is an opportunity to do a comunity visit, go for birdwatching or just take a walk through the village. these will be in addition to the highlight of the safari; gorilla trekking.

Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park For Gorilla Tracking

Today you will embark on a journey to the remote, beautiful and hilly south western Uganda. This long drive of between 8 to 9 hours is a rich experience to people who love road trips. Most of the road is paved but even for slightly uncomfortable parts, they get more adventurous with the beauty of rolling hill. As you go through the villages and gaze at locals, you will shocked to learn that you are already at the lodge.

Gorilla Tracking In Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After an early breakfast, you will drive to the briefing point in the forest of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to get to be enlightened about your adventure with the Mountain Gorillas. You are advised to carry enough drinking water and a lunch box. At a cost of 15 US dollars, you can get a potter to carry your bag and give you a hand in slippery or steep parts of the forest. After the briefing, you are distributed into groups of eight and led by a park ranger into the forest where you will spend one hour with the gentle giants. A rain gear is important considering that Bwindi is a tropical rainforest.

Drive To Entebbe

After your Gorilla Trekking adventure, you will drive back to Entebbe to catch your flight. Should you feel that you need to stay a little longer or do an extra activity, this is possible at an extra cost.
